Borehole maintenance — Saturday 10th May
The borehole will be offline for maintenance on Saturday 10th May from 8am to 2pm. Please ensure adequate water storage by Friday evening. We apologise for any inconvenience. Contact the estate office on 0798 566 182 for emergencies.
Updated gate closing times — from 1 June 2025
Following the residents' association meeting in April, the pedestrian gate will now close at 10pm (previously 11pm). Vehicle gate remains at midnight. All residents are requested to carry their resident access card at all times.
Community Clean-up Day — Saturday 17th May
All residents are warmly invited to join our bi-annual community clean-up day on Saturday 17th May. Meet at the green park at 8am. Gloves, bags and refreshments will be provided. This is a great opportunity to meet your neighbours and invest in our shared home.
AGM 2025 — Save the Date: 7th June 2025
The 2025 Annual General Meeting of the 4 Winds Court Residents' Association will be held on Saturday 7th June at 3:00pm at the Community Green Park. All residents are strongly encouraged to attend. The agenda includes: financial report, security update, election of two committee positions, and the 2025–2026 estate improvement plan.
Road patching complete — thank you for your patience
The road patching work along Blocks C and D has been completed. We thank all residents for their patience during the works. Please report any further road issues to the estate manager on 0798 566 182.
