This is
more than
a home.
This is where your children play with the neighbours' children. Where a familiar face greets you at the gate. Where life is shared, not lived alone. This is 4 Winds Court.
📍Off Police Road, Pridelands / Sabaki, Athi River
"It is not the walls that make
a home. It is the people inside,
and the neighbours outside."
At 4 Winds Court, we have believed since 2015 that where you live shapes who you become — and who your children become. We built something rare: a place where the gate keeps out worry, and keeps in warmth.
Not just a residential address. A community with shared values, shared spaces, shared celebrations, and shared responsibility. This is 4 Winds.
A community
born from a vision
of belonging
It began in 2015 with a simple, powerful idea: what if people didn't just live near each other — what if they lived with each other?
4 Winds Court was carved into the quiet landscape of Pridelands, Sabaki, Athi River — not as rows of houses on plots, but as a community with intention. Streets were designed for walking, parks for gathering, gates for safety, and spaces for belonging.
Our name honours the four winds — North, South, East and West — each a direction, each a force. Together, they represent the four pillars we live by: Safety, Connection, Growth, and Pride.

4 Winds Court
No two days are quite the same here — yet every day carries the warmth of a community that knows you. Here is what a day at 4 Winds looks like.
Security greets residents by name as the first early risers head out. The morning light catches the green park and the air smells of dew and possibility.
Parents walk children to the gate together. Kids compare homework. Someone shares that the borehole pressure is back. A small moment. A real community.
The children of 4 Winds don't know a world without the other's faces. The playground is full, the park is alive, and parents sit and talk.
Solar lights flicker on. The gate is secured. Families are home. Another day well lived, together. This is what 4 Winds feels like.
"The best part of living here? My daughter has grown up knowing every child on this street. That's something you can't put a price on."
— A resident since 2016What we stand for
Four winds. Four principles. One community.
Safety
Your family deserves to feel completely safe — day and night. Our gated perimeter, 24/7 security and CCTV exist so you can exhale when you walk through the gate.
Connection
Neighbours who know each other by name. Children who have grown up together. An association that represents every household. Real human connection, real community.
Growth
Children who grow strong. Families who flourish. An estate that improves year on year because its residents care for it as their own — because it is.
Pride
We are proud to call 4 Winds Court home. We maintain our spaces, uphold our standards, and represent our community with dignity — because this place is worth it.
Childhood is
richer when it's
shared
There is a particular joy that only happens in a place like 4 Winds — the sound of children playing freely, safely, in a space that belongs to all of them.
Our playground was built for the children of this community. The green park is where they learn to play together, to share, to argue and make up, to build the friendships that will carry them into adulthood.
Here, children don't grow up in isolation behind closed doors. They grow up in a neighbourhood. And that makes all the difference.
"I never have to worry when the kids are outside. I know they are safe, and I know their friends are with them."
In their own words
The truest things about 4 Winds are the things its residents say.
"I moved to 4 Winds because of the security. I stayed because of the people. There is something about this community that makes you want to be a better neighbour."
"My children have grown up here. They have friends they've known since age three. 4 Winds gave them a childhood I am deeply proud of. That is not something you find everywhere."
"When there was a crisis in our house, our neighbours were at our door before we even had to ask. That is what 4 Winds is — a community that shows up."
